The virtual practice utilizes Fullscript as an independent, third-party infrastructure partner to facilitate laboratory ordering, manage curated nutrient recommendations, and handle supplement fulfillment.

• Independent Entities: The Company and Fullscript are completely separate and independent entities. This relationship does not constitute a joint venture, legal partnership, employment relationship, or agency.
  
  
• Separate User Agreements: By utilizing the Fullscript portal or participating in integrated tracking features, users establish a direct relationship with Fullscript and agree to abide by Fullscript’s independent Terms of Service and Privacy Statement.
  
  
• Limitation of Operational Liability: The Company does not control, operate, maintain, or assume responsibility for the technical infrastructure, software uptime, shipping logistics, inventory availability, or operational practices of Fullscript.
